Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee availability or create a contractual agreement. Any work will only begin once details, scope, and terms have been agreed by both parties.
Communication will primarily take place via email, social media, or other agreed platforms.
3. Payment terms
Payment terms will be agreed in advance of any work commencing.
- Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated
- Late payments may result in paused or delayed services
- No refunds are offered for work already completed
Specific payment arrangements will be outlined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure they have the right to use any content, images, or materials supplied
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- All content created by Simone Services remains my intellectual property until full payment has been received
- Once paid, clients may use the work for their business or personal brand
- Work may be showcased in my portfolio unless otherwise requested
6. Confidentiality
Any sensitive or confidential information shared during a project will be kept private and not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality support, Simone Services is not responsible for:
- Business losses, revenue changes, or performance outcomes
- Platform changes outside of my control (e.g. social media algorithms, software updates)
- Issues caused by third-party tools or services
8. Termination of services
Either party may end services with reasonable notice. Any work completed up to that point must be paid for in full.
